Oud al Muazzam - "the magnificent oud" is a complex bakhoor incense crafted for those who want a fragrance that tells a story from first chip to last ember. Bright citrus opens the experience with an uplifting freshness, offering an inviting start before giving way to a full, rich floral heart. The base settles into cedarwood, musk, and grounding woody notes that add shadow and mystery beneath the florals. This Arabic incense chip blend shifts and evolves as it burns, offering a layered journey throughout the burn. Our most sophisticated bakhoor blend, packaged in a 50g jar.

How To Use

Bakhoor Mamoul can be enjoyed two ways - with a smokeless bakhoor burner using a tealight candle, or with a wooden bakhoor burner using charcoal.

Method 1: Tealight Candle Burner (Smokeless)

  1. Place the burner on a flat, heat-resistant surface.
  2. Light a tealight candle and place it inside the burner.
  3. Place small portion of Bakhoor Mamoul on the top tray.
  4. Let the gentle heat release a rich, long-lasting aroma.

⚠️Caution:The candle flame and metal tray become very hot during use. Keep away from flammable materials, curtains, and drafts. Never leave a burning candle unattended, and keep out of reach of children and pets. Allow the burner to cool completely before touching or moving it.

Method 2: Charcoal Burner (Wooden Bakhoor Box)

  1. Light a charcoal tablet until it glows red.
  2. Using tongs, place the hot charcoal into the burner.
  3. Add small portion of Bakhoor Mamoul on top of the charcoal.
  4. Enjoy the rich, soothing aroma as it fills your space.

⚠️Caution:Charcoal becomes extremely hot during use. Always handle it with tongs, never bare hands. Use the burner on a heat-resistant surface away from flammable materials, keep it out of reach of children and pets, and never leave burning charcoal unattended.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of purchase. Unopened products may be returned within this period, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Please note that opened or used fragrance products (including attars and bakhoor) and used burners are not eligible for return or refund unless the item arrives damaged, is defective, or you receive the wrong item.

Non-returnable items include sale items, gift cards, and opened or used products unless they arrive damaged, are defective, or you receive the wrong item.

Once your return has been received and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
