We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of purchase. Unopened products may be returned within this period, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Please note that opened or used fragrance products (including attars and bakhoor) and used burners are not eligible for return or refund unless the item arrives damaged, is defective, or you receive the wrong item.

Non-returnable items include sale items, gift cards, and opened or used products unless they arrive damaged, are defective, or you receive the wrong item.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.

Once your return has been received and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
